All documents must be accepted by the lender prior to any financing review. All documentation is to be faxed directly the BOX. The Documentation Approval Team will review and upload the faxes within 3-5 business days.

IUG will begin working on your business credit after we have received confirmation that the following documents have been accepted by the lender:

1. Articles of Organization or Articles of Incorporation

(Original Articles filed must be accompanied by Operating Agreement or Corporate Bylaws)

2. 24-month Financial Projections

(Profit and Loss Statement forecasting, month-by-month outlook on revenue and expenses)

3. Business Plan

(Not in great detail, must contain the main points of a full business plan)

4. Two Years of of Tax Returns [Personal Returns if Business Not Available]

(Full Tax Return for both previous years, signed and dated)

5. Confirmation from Dept. of Treasury [IRS] of Tax-ID issuance

(Original Tax-ID Confirmation containing EIN and Company Name)

6. DNB Paydex of 75+ with 6 vendors reporting $15k

(Allow IUG to help improve report prior to faxing)

7. List of Current Inventory or Equipment

(Desks, chairs, computers, etc. - All valuables with year/make/model/apprx. value)

8. Quote / Estimate / Invoice for Requested Inventory or Equipment

(Verification of product or service attempting to purchase)
